Cancellation & Refund Policy

PVG's College of Science & Commerce (PUNE VIDYARTHI GRIHA) believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore has a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the college and they have initiated the student Admission process.

• PVG's College of Science & Commerce (PUNE VIDYARTHI GRIHA) does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, a refund can be made if the student establishes that the quality of the student's Admission has not been met.

• In case of any admission problems, please report the same to our staff team. The request will, however, be entertained once the College has checked and determined the same on its end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the Admission. In case you feel that the Student Admission is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of the Student Admission. The staff team, after looking into your complaint, will make an appropriate decision.
